Help Towards Biscuit’s Vet Bills
Donation protected
On Thursday evening, Biscuit’s health quickly deteriorated as he started to become very unsteady on his feet (knocking over objects), bleeding from his back end and was not his usual loveable self. To have him go limp in my husband’s arms was so scary as he is not even 2 years old yet and is otherwise a very healthy and active cat!
He was rushed in to the Emergency vets where he was admitted for further investigation as they were simply unsure what was wrong with him at the time.
After undergoing multiple scans, tests and being administered with various medications we are still yet to bring him home due to a suspected infection somewhere in his body causing a fever, an elevated white blood cell count, reduced appetite, needing to be on constant fluids and having to be closely monitored by the vet.
We are simply just asking for some help towards his vet bills as this is something we were not expecting to pay for at this time. (His brother Cracker is missing him dearly as are we…)
A little back story into Biscuit…
In Summer 2023, Biscuit alongside his other 4 siblings and mother were found in a urine soaked cardboard box, all flea ridden and dirty down a country lane near Ludlow. Having been found, they were taken to a near by rescue shelter where they were cared for - later being adopted by myself and my husband alongside his brother Cracker.
