Eleanor O’Carroll is organizing this fundraiser to benefit Friends Of The Winns. 
Winns Primary School is running its first ever “Tour de Winns”; a sponsored cycling (though all wheels are welcome!) festival raising money for the renovation of the main Winns playground.
