Tough nut to crack

On may 29th, I went to the emergency room.   A few hours later I was having emergency surgery, and now I have the bill, and no right nut.   (I highly recommend avoiding testicular torsion.)

The financial aid department of the hospital reduced my overall bill, but my out of pocket cost is still over 6 thousand dollars, so any help is appreciated.
