Luke's Lads, and Luke's Lads 16-19 encourages and supports anyone who identifies as male and non-binary to talk about their feelings in an alternative environment.

​Luke's Lads was set up as male suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK, with many suffering in silence when they experience feelings of sadness, loneliness or anxiety.​

We recently introduced to this fabulous local charity that is raising awareness of Metal health within young men. We love a challenge, so Paul Whitaker, Ryan Winstanley and myself will be taking part in the ""Tough Mudder" event at Temple Newsome in July. Please help support us and give what you can
