Touch of Sparkle is a registered charity (no. 1210909) which provides 'care packs' to patients at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, Hinchingbrooke Hospital in Huntingdon, Peterborough City Hospital and the Cancer Wellbeing Service in Peterborough, UK. The care packs are mostly donated to cancer patients in the oncology department but batches are also produced for other departments as part of special projects, at the request of the hospitals. 

The idea is to spread a little care and humanity and try to lighten the load for patients. The packages include:

- Practical items (e.g. bed socks, tissues, sweets, herbal tea for anti-sickness)

- Distractions (e.g. puzzle book, notebook, pen, earphones, playing cards)

- Pamper items (e.g. nail varnish, moisturiser, lipbalm)

The items are purchased from donations to this gofundme page and via an Amazon wishlist
