Hello! My name is Kylie, aka t0uchan. I'm a trans woman living in Texas, and I'm trying to save up money for breast augmentation surgery.
Last year, I was fortunate enough to raise the money I needed to undergo FFS (facial feminization surgery). I went under on June 15, 2021. One year later, I can say that having that procedure has profoundly improved my life for the better, and I'm so thankful for all the help I received in order to make it happen.
I would like to pursue top surgery. To me, this is a corrective gender-affirming procedure — not purely cosmetic. I'm just getting the ball rolling at the moment, however I know that my insurance is extremely unlikely to do anything for me, so putting money aside is a given.
