Totally and Permanently Disabled Assistance

I am medically in need of a Heavy Duty Power Mobility Chair as I am non weight bearing due to 10 operations and two amputations in the past 4 years. I have been totally and permanently disabled since age 59. I am 62 now and have been on a fixed income, (SSDI), since age 59. My savings is depleted due to medical costs above what Medicare and my AARP supplement will pay. My wife collects SS and must work as much as Soc Security allows to help out.
 I medically have been diagnosed  with diabetes, copd, neuropathy in my lower and upper body, aneurysm in left carotid artery, anxiety, hypertension, depression, atrophy, severe central sleep apnea, kyphosis of cervical region, hyperlipidemia, thyroid cyst, peripheral vascular disease.
