TotalCare Foundation - Kenya Medical Mission

Hello everyone! My name is Payton Klemstein and I am the Director of Patient Experience at TotalCare in the Dallas, Fort Worth metroplex. We are a family owned healthcare company with over 400 employees total. We currently have 9 Emergency Rooms, 4 Family Practices and 1 Behavioral Health Clinic, and recently in 2020, we began our partnership with Deliverance Church and Eldoret Rapha Medical Centre in Eldoret, Kenya. We have seen God's presence in our partnership and we are excited to see how He will continue to use us to serve His people in the upcoming years.

The owners of our company are 3 brothers who are originally from Lebanon, and moved over to Texas is 1991. With their connection to the beautiful country of Lebanon, we were able to grow a team there and currently have over 200 TotalCare employees working with us daily there in Lebanon. They handle many back office tasks with us, and have been an incredible blessing to our growing organization.

Regarding our Kenya Foundation, these past 3 years, we have discussed the importance of increasing the patient rooms we have available to see our patients and maximize our capacity to serve in this beautiful clinic. Our team has completed the process of adding partitions to help double the number of exam rooms we had, and add tile flooring to help elevate the look and feel for the patients being seen.

In 2021, TotalCare took eleven team members from the US and Lebanon to Kenya, to serve at the TotalCare Rapha Clinic, providing a 3-day medical camp. At this medical camp, they were able to serve over 900 people in the Kenya community and were able to present the Kenya team with an ultrasound machine and a fetal monitor as well as an ample amount of additional medical supplies for the clinic.

This August, we will be returning to Kenya and I have been selected to join this mission with my TotalCare family. It was wonderful to see our TotalCare family together serving the much-needed healthcare in Kenya, and I am so excited to be selected to join this adventure!

The entire trip will be from August 5th, 2023 - August 19th, 2023, and the individual cost for this trip is a minimum of $4500. Financially, I am unable to pay for this alone, so any donation for this medical mission trip would be a huge blessing!

I am so honored to be a part of a company that is much bigger than just serving people here in Texas, but serving others throughout the entire world with the mission of spreading the Word Of God through medicine.
