Total Loss-Rental Ins. won't cover sewage burst

Shauna and Kalee Winder as well as their premature baby boy born on 10/17 and 14 year old son Kalee Jr were displaced from their apartment on Sunday 11/10 for no fault of their own. They had a sewage burst in their apartment and unbeknownst to them renters insurance does not cover.  So despite being responsible and having coverage they have lost absolutely everything (i.e. crib, furniture, anything on the floor such as shoes and anything that was tainted by the sewage water).  Please help me raise money so that their family can get back on their feet and they can have a home for the holidays. The Apartment Complex (The Acclaim in Germantown) has chosen to be jerks instead of having compassion even though they are at fault.  The Winder's were in a hotel until they realized insurance would not pay.  Please donate whatever you can, every little bit will help.
