This account is not meant for us, but for a displaced family of 5 that has just lost their home at 2am on 22 June 2017. Neighbors woke to the sound of fire trucks and captured these photos immediately after the family of 5 with their dog narrowly escaped the blaze. Amazingly no one was hurt, but the family is completely displaced, still in shock, and still working through the insurance claims and questioning how to begin mopping up the pieces of their lives. Please see one of the several local news articles on the topic. Family and dog escape from burning home in New Tampa  Although there is an insurance policy, most families who have ever had to endure a personal tragedy like this know that the stresses of wading through the hoops necessary to attempt to restructure your lives is draining and life-altering. There are numerous people in need every day, but if anyone is able to see fit to help in any small way, this account may help to bridge the gap and put this family back on their feet.
