Han mitakuyapi, Jenn Saul here. Requesting help for my family. My son Josiah had just celebrated his 16th birthday on Nov 21, the very next day he fell ill with an upset tummy. By Wed, his legs started cramping. By Sat, Nov 26 I took my son to the ER with what seemed to be unbearable leg cramps and a fever. Blood tests revealed he was suffering from a rare form of leukemia. He was immediately sent to Fargo that night. I followed him up there and have been by his side. The reason I'm asking for support? I am the sole provider for my 3 children. I feel my presence next to him will help him stay motivated to beat this cancer. At the same time, I am no longer providing our source of income. I cannot sew skirts nor be at my job at Teals. Monetary blessings are extremely appreciated but I truly believe in the power of prayer also! Right now his heart, kidneys and spleen are in need of strength during this initial round of chemo. I'm also requesting prayers the cancer isn't hiding in his brain or spine. We will find out more on this hopefully on Mon. I still cannot believe this is happening. I do not want to lose my son. Very grateful in advance to any who respond either with monetary support or in prayer!!! To me, at this point I believe prayers for this cancer to leave his body is every bit as important as paying our bills or keeping food on our table. Either way I look, I just can't find a way to do this on my own. So, I'm asking for help. No matter the form, anything is very much appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to read our plight.
