Total Loss House Fire - Martin & Pam Kitchen
Donation protected
It is with immense sadness and disbelief that we share the following news. At around 3:05AM on Thursday, August 22, 2024, the night skies of Gray Court, SC went ablaze as the longtime home of Martin and Pamela Kitchen, and Pamela’s brother Daniel Semler was engulfed in fiery devastation and chaos. Two of the most loving, wonderful, and selfless individuals to walk this planet lost just about every material possession to their name. Miraculously, as if the hand of God itself reached down, no one, including the furry family members, were harmed by the blaze, other than the mental anguish that comes along with watching one’s life go from physical to ash as it rises into the skies.
The children of Martin and Pamela Kitchen come to you here to request help, since the devastation is well beyond the capabilities the five of us can provide to two of the most deserving parents a child could have. While monetary assistance cannot replace the memories once trapped within the walls of their home, it will help Martin and Pam clear out, rebuild, and start new.
Sincerely,
Jessica, Amber, Martin, Elisabeth, and Hilary
