Hi, DECA is a competitive, international nonprofit organization that prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. DECA is one of the most recognized clubs among colleges and is excellent for furthering your student's interest in business.
Our main competition is the States Conference in March (March 7-10, 2024). Students and multiple advisors will travel to Anaheim, California to stay overnight in the Marriott Hotel. This event is a fantastic opportunity for your student to showcase their skills, network with like-minded individuals, and gain valuable experience. We will pay for your student’s registration & hotel fees, occasional meals, and team bonding activities (bowling, karaoke, etc.). We will also cover registration and hotel fees if your student qualifies for the International Conference (April 27-30, 2024) in Anaheim, California.
Our school provides an immense amount of support for our aspiring business leaders, but we suggest a donation of $50 to support the following:
Register your student as a member with DECA: $8
CV Mini Competition funding: $14
Pay for competition advisors: $18
Team bonding and dinners: $10
