Guyana Christian Charities got the information below and checked it out with the hospital.

We and a friends were able to raise enough to pay off one invoice, which we paid direct to the hospital.

There is large invoice still outstanding, which may cause her to loose her home.

On the 15th of December 2019,

Tarah Persaud, flew in to visit her daughter, Ramratty Boodoosingh, who had just lost her husband .

Unfortunately, on the 4th of March 2020 she suffered a head stroke which caused cerebral hemorrhage and has been completely bedridden as of date. She is unable to do anything for herself.

She had travel insurance but the person that filled out the paperwork neglected to say she was taking blood pressure pills. So the insurance refuses to pay.

Any donation will help make an impact. If not she will loose her home.

I, Ramratty Boodoosingh received a collection notice regarding her stay at Etobicoke general hospital. The bill amounts still owing approximately $41,000 plus. I am requesting advice and asking for any type of assistance regarding this matter. My mother requires 24/7 care.
