Tornado & Wind Left Our Home in Ruins

On October 31st of 2020, strong winds caused two trees to fall on my house and did a couple hundred thousand dollars of damage to it. It cost nearly all of my savings to afford living in a motel and repairing my home. My insurance company was supposed to come and repair the back end of my home, the kitchen, and dining area, which was never fully finished. After tearing up the back of my house, they said that they couldn't finish the job.

Two years later, my home was hit with a tornado which damaged the carport and storage room, as well as totaling my truck at the time. My brother, a veteran, and I have been living together and trying our best to fix the damages. We both have severe lung issues among other disabilities and can't do the work ourselves, so we have no other choice but to hire help for the repairs. The account used to share my story will be under the name Mike Walker.
