Tornado Relief for Zack

WOW!! UNBELIEVABLE THAT WE REACHED OUR GOAL OF $5,000 IN LESS THAN 5 HOURS! In no way did we anticipate this outpour of support. We are going to continue fundraising through the weekend towards a stretch goal of $10,000. What was lost is immeasurable; every bit helps. Zack, Niko, and ourselves are extremely thankful.

On Wednesday afternoon, December 16, 2020, a tornado alert rang on our brother Zack’s phone. He was working with his shopmate, Niko, at their shop in Pinellas Park.  Parked outside was his van, which over the past year he had put much of his energy into customizing for his business. They were nearly finished renovating their warehouse into a glass studio and creative workshop. The pressure dropped, their ears popped, and all hell broke loose. They ran to the shower for shelter while the tornado wreaked havoc around them. The roof was torn off, the garage door blown in, and the wall between their shop and the next collapsed. In a matter of moments, all that they had been working towards, along with his vehicle, was lost.

The most important thing of all is that Zack was unharmed - now he just needs to start over. If you could lend a hand to help Zack get back on his feet, it would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise, please keep him in your positive thoughts. That goes a long way in these challenging times.
