Tornado Disaster for the Watson Page Family

On July 15th my family’s lives changed within seconds. The tornado that went through the south end of Barrie has completely destroyed my family's home. At the time of the tornado my mom and younger sister Julie were home and lived through the horror as they watched the house walls being torn apart as glass shattered around them. Thankfully both my mom and Julie are safe but they are trying to deal with the shock of the disaster.

My family's home has been completely turned upside down and has been deemed uninhabitable and will have to be torn down and rebuilt. At this time my family has only the clothes that they were wearing from the wreckage and what they can buy from stores. My family is in shambles and all of my family's belongings have been left in the house and we can only hope that some of the items will be saved.

Anyone who knows my family knows how generous and caring they are for everyone especially in their time of need. I would like to return the favor and be there for my parents at this troubling time.
