Tori's Angels pays medical expenses not covered by insurance for our sponsored children with life-threatening medical illnesses. Approximately 65% of our sponsored children have cancer, 20% have heart defects, and 15% have other life-threatening conditions. Tori's Angels pays co-pays, deductibles, treatment expenses (meals, transportation, lodging), and prescription meds--until the child's 19th birthday. Our goal is never to turn away an Iowa child with a life-threatening illness.
