This for my My mother, Toresia Davis, has always been the heart of our family. She is strong, loving, and endlessly generous, someone who gave without hesitation and welcomed everyone as if they were her own. Whether you were family, a friend, or a stranger, she had a way of making you feel cared for and at home.

A little over a month ago, my mom became seriously ill and was hospitalized in Austin. She fought with incredible courage, holding on to hope for recovery, and we were by her side every step of the way. Despite her strength and determination, her health has declined, and we now face the heartbreaking reality that her time with us is limited. Our only wish now is to keep her comfortable and surround her with love in her remaining days.

As we prepare for what’s ahead, I hope to honor her with the beautiful service she deserves, a celebration of her life and the love she poured into everyone she knew.
