My name is Trenton Spence, and I started a deer deboning and processing business here in Illinois because I saw a real need in our hunting community. Too often, hunters don’t have the time, space, or know-how to fully break down their deer — and I wanted to offer a service that made sure every ounce of meat was respected, cut with care, and put to good use for families. I’ve been trying build my business from the ground up with my own hands, tools, and time. Every deer that comes through my shop represents food on someone’s table — and I take a lot of pride in making sure it’s done right. Why I’m Asking for Help This season, I’m ready to expand so I can serve more hunters and keep up with demand. To do that, I need to invest in  equipment, storage, and improvements to my workspace.
