Kole is a two-spirit Indigiqueer who beads as medicine and develops youth workshops and other awesome stuff to pay the bills. Unfortunately, the bills are outweighing the income and that's where they've turned to community support to gain access to this gender-affirming top surgery that they deserve.
While partial costs are covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan), there are associated surgical costs and recovery time that is not.
Surgery date: July 6, 2021
Surgery cost: $4000
2 weeks healing time: $2000
These funds will allow Kole's surgery to happen! If they don't receive the money prior to the surgery, it will be canceled.
