Hi, I’m Jess (or Jessie) — I’m non-binary, a parent, and someone finally stepping into the version of myself I’ve always known was there. This year, I’m working toward something life-changing: **top surgery**.

Top surgery isn’t just a procedure for me — it’s freedom. It’s the chance to feel truly comfortable in my body for the first time. It means being able to move through the world with confidence, peace, and alignment between how I feel inside and how I’m seen.

I live in Brighton and co-parent my wonderful daughter, Phoenix. She’s one of my biggest inspirations. I want to show her what it means to live with honesty and self-love — and to model the kind of courage I hope she carries into the world.

I've been saving what I can, but the total cost of surgery — including medical fees, recovery time, and travel — is more than I can manage alone. This fundraiser is to help close that gap and make this surgery possible this year.
