Hello everyone! For those of you who know me, I was very lucky to have had top surgery in April of 2021 after experiencing dread, anxiety, and extreme body and gender dysphoria around my chest. After I had surgery, I was so relieved and thankful to have the chest I’d always hoped for, flat! After a full year of healing, what I previously thought was post surgery swelling was not and was here to stay. In the past 4 years since my initial surgery, the remaining tissue in my chest has been a growing sore of anxiety and gender dysphoria. While it may seem like a small issue and I’m very grateful to have had surgery at all, I’m not living in the chest I had hoped for the first time around.

On July 8th, in just under 8 weeks from today I will be having revision surgery. While I’m very privileged and thankful to have insurance to put towards this surgery I am still facing very high costs that are beyond my salary and income. I am asking for support in raising funds to cover the surgery bill which will include my insurance deductible, Uber’s to and from two post-op office visits to my surgeon’s office in Long Island (if anyone has a car and can drive, let me know, I can cover gas!), as well as medical supplies.
