Toots Needs Help to Keep Tooting

Toots has always been a star in her own right. Well-loved across Toronto and Moncton, this sassy pup was so popular that someone actually stole her and held her for ransom—because who wouldn’t want to get their paws on such a legend? (Don’t worry, Toots made it back home safe, proving that you can’t keep a good pup down!)

Known for her iconic motorcycle rides and her ever-loyal human, Kolin, Toots has brought joy to everyone she meets. But now, the tables have turned—it’s time for us to come together for her.

Toots is currently facing a serious health challenge: she has fluid around her heart, making it difficult for her to breathe. Over the past five days, she’s been to the vet three times, including two urgent care visits. Despite these efforts, her condition remains unclear, and she’s waiting for a crucial appointment with a cardiologist. She will also need to see Internal Medicine Specialists. This will most likely require Kolin and Toots to travel to PEI, adding even more to an already overwhelming situation.

We all know how much our furry family members mean to us—they’re not just pets; they’re part of our hearts.

Kolin is no stranger to helping others. His activism and his big heart have supported so many people over the years, but now he and Toots need a little help from the community they’ve given so much to.
