Tools Stolen From Job Site

My other half Steven works so hard. After years of working with hand-me-down tools, and a few he picked up as he needed, he decided to invest in his career, as well as himself, and purchase brand new tools to help him be successful in his trade day to day. He is an apprentice electrician, his tools are his lively hood. Today on a jobsite during a quick morning meeting someone stole them out of his truck. Within 15 minutes the tools he worked hard and saved for were gone! It was close to $5000 in tools in a pack out case he bought just a couple months ago. I'm hoping the community can help him replace some of what was taken from him. He isn't really the type to ask for help so I'll ask for him! Anything helps and everything is greatly appreciated!
