Toogoolawah Bushfire Appeal

On 20th September, fire swept through the rural district of Toogoolawah, burning the countryside to a crisp.
Farms and rural lifestyle blocks have been devastated with the fire, pets and livestock perished, it burnt what stock feed landowners had left from the drought, destroyed private power poles, sheds, water tanks, pumps and fencing, leaving little for owners to battle on with. The fire crews did a fantastic job saving all but two homes, with most peoples properties burning within metres of houses.
These people need assistance to rebuild and as a local community group we would like to help by providing stock feed and more if we can, to lighten their expenses.
