Synopsis:

In the obscure world of a quiet massage parlor on Anchor Avenue, Gregory, a peculiar attendant, lures unsuspecting visitors into the sinister allure of a seemingly ordinary massage chair. When Louis, a weary traveler, seeks refuge, he becomes entangled in a nightmarish experience that turns the tranquil massage session into a grotesque and fatal encounter.

As Louis reluctantly agrees to a session in one of the premium rooms with a mysterious French masseuse named Tanya, he discovers the massage chair has a mind of its own. The initial pleasure turns into a torturous ordeal as the chair tightens its grip, crushing Louis and inflicting unspeakable pain.

Despite Louis's desperate cries for help, Gregory and Tanya watch in cold silence as the chair devours him, leaving behind only a grotesque aftermath. The film takes a dark turn, exploring the eerie secrets of the massage parlor and the horrifying fate that befalls those who fall victim to its deceptive charm.

As dusk settles and the massage parlor prepares to close, Gregory, seemingly unphased, readies the space for the next unsuspecting visitor. The film leaves audiences with a chilling realization that the massage parlor's secrets are far from being uncovered, hinting at a sinister cycle destined to repeat itself. "The Chair's Embrace" is a haunting short film that delves into the unexpected horrors that can unfold in the most mundane places.

We can make this work! It really depends on who can make this project their top priority, while getting everything they need to perform.

Us two small town kids from Yarmouth, Maine haven't been given a shot at creating any sort of funded film. It's always come down to one thing - our finances. I truly believe that if you want something bad enough, you can make it happen.

We would like to offer an abundance of rewards as a token of thanks for helping our independent film come to life!
