Too proud to ask for help, but they need it
Donation protected
These are my parents Billy & Jennifer Hart. On January 3rd my father suffered 3 major strokes and 6 mini strokes. My mother immediately quit her job the same day because my father became paralyzed on his left side and she knew he would now need 24hr care.
My Dad is a workhorse and has never taken a day off of work in 20 years! This is a man who would work 7 days a week to make sure we, his family, were taken care of comfortably. He would help ANYONE in need and would NEVER ask for help for himself, so I am going to ask for them.
I know there are rehabs that he could go to but my parents have experienced rehab nightmares through my grandfather & Aunt and they weren’t going to put my Dad through the same things, so my Dad is doing rehab from home, via outpatient, which mom brings him to religiously , as well as doing therapy at home with “homework” they give him daily. My Dad sleeps in a hospital bed because he struggles with walking and his left arm has still not come back fully. He is however WALKING minimally which is a MAJOR improvement from where he was when this happened.
My parents have currently used up their savings and are too proud to ask for help while they are awaiting answers.
I want to help my parents get through the next month or two, with rent, car payments billed and food, so they can just focus on getting my dad better! If you can find it in your heart’s to help them it would mean the world to them & to me.
Any donation, no matter big or small, would be greatly appreciated. Even if you cannot donate at this time, your thoughts & prayers for a speedy recovery will be just as appreciated.
thank you in advance for all of your help and we WILL repay your kindness in kind.
