Too many issues for open back surgery

Hello, my name is Keith and I’m fundraising for minimally invasive laser spine surgery which is not covered by my insurance. I’ve had 5 open back surgeries and the risks of those have caused many issues to include adhesive Arachnoiditis and intractable pain syndrome. I’m 64 don’t want to give up 3 years of my life that it would take to schedule and recover from conventional open back surgeries to figure out if it helped or caused more damage. With laser spine surgery I will know how much it helped by the end of the week I’m there. My wife quit working last year to be my care taker but I’ve gotten worse and need surgery soon. I have an appointment Feb 6 at the Bonati Institute. The cost to me is estimated around $125,000. This surgery promises to remove a lot of pain, give me the ability to sit in an upright chair and stand for a decent amount of time and to travel. I was unable to attend my daughter’s graduation from the Air Force Officer Training School. Both my kids are getting married this year and I want to be able to attend. Neither wedding will be local to me as my kids relocated to Texas and California and I’m in Kansas. I hate asking for help but I simply can’t afford this and would have no quality of life without it. ALL monies will go toward the surgeries.
