Tony Thornton's Medical Bills
Donation protected
My brother Tony was diagnosed with melanoma on his nose at the beginning of this year. He went to a couple of doctors locally to see what needed to be done. They recommened they remove his entire nose and a prosthetic nose would be the only way to go after surgery. As he prayed for direction on a second opinion he received not 1 but 2 calls from a long time family friend telling him he should go to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. With that he knew God had given him the direction he needed to go. Tony called and was able to get a week long of appointments at MD Anderson and he and his wife Leigh made the long drive to Houston. With more tests and more doctors they made the decision to go ahead with surgery at MD Anderson. He had most of his nose removed and has just recently completed 3 weeks of radiation treaments. He will continue to travel back and forth to Texas for follow ups and blood work. Once the area has healed he will return to discuss the reconstruction process. Any donation would be greatly appreciated to help him and his family with the medical bills.
