On June 1, 2016, Just days after his High School Graduation from Pleasant Grove High School, Tony Nguyen sustained a neck fracture when diving into a friend’s swimming pool. Tony was just doing what kids do everyday and will now face the fight of his life. Tony was always doing something active. He played soccer for Pleasant Grove High School and was planning on playing for Cosumnes River Community College next year.
No one imagined that Tony's next chapter of his life would start like this. We are asking for support for both Tony and his family as they start this journey to recovery. The money will be used to offset costs for the family, any equipment that Tony might need once he goes home, renovations for the home to allow Tony to move around easily, and to help pay for college once he is able to return to school.
