It is with great humility that I come to you today for help.
Below is the results of my CT scan as proof that I really need the help. I have a 13 cm mass on my ovary as well as several other things listed below. I have to have surgery to remove it. As most of my friends here know, I have been out of work for a few months and have no health insurance.
