My sister Tonya Cody has been in a horrific car accident in Seattle Washington where she lives and works. Tonya has been in the hospital for 2 months and was transferred to a nursing home until she can be somewhat independent after more than 20 surgeries.
I got the call late at night from a kind officer on duty explaining Tonya was in the ambulance on her way to a Trauma Center. By the grace of God, she lived and is very hopeful of her recovery. She is an amazing, hardworking, funny and positive person who really needs help to pay for her medical expenses while she is unable to work for possibly 3 to 6 months. Sadly, both legs were broken, her back, pelvis, ribs and her foot and ankle were severely damaged and broken.
She will be so grateful for any help she receives.
