Tonya Brooks fights cancer

I was diagnosed with breast cancer May 7th, 2018. Since I was breast feeding my 7 month old daughter Dakota, I thought the lump was a clogged milk duct. When I went to the doctor, she told me she was certain it was breast cancer. I did a couple biopsies (confirming what the doctor thought) along with a bunch of other tests and the doctors had their thoughts on what I should do. My husband and I decided we do not want to do Chemo. I will be going to Tijuana Mexico, Wednesday May 30th to start their 3 week alternative treatments. They have over 20 different treatments that they will custom fit for me and monitor the reaction of my lumps and blood work. Both of my parents and my husband will all take their turns to be in Tijuana with me.Dakota will stay back in California with either friends or family. We ask for your prayers for us, the doctors, and the treatment to be a success. Unfortunately, these types of treatments are not covered by health insurance and are very expensive.
