Tony Yarossi funeral services
Donativo protegido
As many of you know our father/uncle passed away suddenly Thursday January 28, 2021. He unfortunately did not have a life insurance policy so the burden of this expense is falling on his family. This loss is going to cause a huge financial burden on our mother/aunt. We are asking that in lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy donations be made in his memory to the Go Fund Me account set up by the family. This will help cover funeral expenses as well as living expenses previously handled by Anthony.
Anthony (Tony) Yarossi was born on December 14th, 1948 in Newton-Wellesley Hospital; beloved son of the late Assunta and Anthony Yarossi. Anthony was a resident of Newton and Tewksbury for most of his life.
Anthony enjoyed bartending at Art Carols in Newton in his younger years. He had also been employed as a driver with Jordan’s Furniture for 25 years.
After his retirement he loved to coach Tewksbury Little League Baseball. His greatest enjoyments in life came from family, sports, fishing, wood working, Jeopardy and calling his loved ones “Dumb Ass”.
Anthony is survived by his beloved wife Cheryl Yarossi; devoted and loving children Anthony (Twan) Yarossi, Kimberly Markgren, Christina Blenman, Michelle Hyde, Frank Blenman, Jayson Yarossi, Tiffany Curry and Derek Yarossi and grandchildren Aliyhana Morrison, Shamar Morrison, Michael Nichols, Raven Markgren, Jordan Markgren, Jakai Black, Alexis Yarossi, Jace Yarossi and Benjamin Yarossi. In addition he is survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends, and extended family who loved him dearly.
He is preceded in death by his son Shannon Yarossi
He is survived by 4 beloved siblings Carol Gillespie, Carmela (Carmie) Yarossi, Peter (Popa) Iarossi and Anne MacLean. He was predeceased by his dear sibling’s Mary (Honey) Massman, Shirley Yarossi, Elaine Griffin, Donna MacLean
Many, many thanks for all of the love and support!
