Tony Rodriguez - Parole Review 2024

Hi, my name is Lydia Reyes, I'm the mother of Tony Rodriguez. I'm fundraising for his lawyer fees which are $6,000.00. My son will be eligible for parole in February 2024, we must have the whole $6k paid in full by the 1st week of February of next year. I have all my daughters helping with this as well so any help is greatly appreciated.

This is important to me as he's been incarcerated for 30 years now. I feel my son has paid for the crime he has committed and feel he deserves a second look and a second chance at life. I also feel he's reformed and has learned from his mistake as I strongly believe he will NOT be a threat to society, the community or anyone else for that matter.

We retained Ms. Bond from https://www.secondlooktexas.org/ all funds will go to her law firm for the representation of Tony's parole review. The good thing about this lawyer is that she will represent Tony for an additional year if his parole review will be declined/rejected the first time. We will not have to pay the lawyer's fees again. She will resubmit his case for the 2nd year free of charge. Although we are praying for a miracle and hope for the best that he will be approved on the first parole review. In God's will, please pray for my son.
