Hi everyone...I was a dear friend of Tony's over the last 13 years. We met as stand-up comedians, and immediately created a bond of friendship. A larger-than-life man with an infectious smile that lit up entire rooms. As we were all shocked by the sudden passing of Tony on Friday, it's his soulmate, Katia, who is now left with the greatest loss. Tony was her everything, and she was his. For 21 years, they supported one another, laughed with each other, and most importantly, loved each other every day. A true, honest, passionate, and eternal love that they found in one another. I decided to create this GoFundMe to help Katia with the funeral arrangements. As a community of friends and family who all loved Tony, I humbly ask you all to donate whatever you can to help our dear friend Katia.

In Judaism, there's a saying that we should all live our lives with the philosophy of "Tikkun Olam". "Repairing the world". Tony certainly left this world a better place than how he found it. He brought so much happiness, love, laughter, and terrific memories for us all. The least we can do is to help lessen the burden on his beautiful Katia while she struggles to move forward without Tony by her side.
