Tony Petrilli’s Healing Fund
Donation protected
As some of you know, Tony Petrilli was the victim of a hit and run accident on April 8, 2022. What started out as a major inconvenience, quickly changed to a medical emergency. Tony started to experience numbness then lost feeling in both of his legs. Thankfully, with his quick thinking, and the amazing team of surgeons at Inspira Hospital in Mullica Hill, Tony was able to receive an emergency Laminectity. Unfortunately, complications did arise which resulted in a longer than anticipated surgery and a much longer and more painful recovery.
At this time, Tony has been discharged to home. However, he will be on bed rest for an undetermined amount of time, despite ALL of his protests. Once he is medically cleared, he will start physical therapy and his long road of recovery.
I’m sure most of you can relate to the idea that being out of work unexpectedly for a long period of time, would be a significant financial strain, not even considering medical and therapy expenses. If you are able to donate in anyway, every amount would be beyond appreciated. Tony has not yet been made aware of this gofundme fundraiser, but I am sure he will be touched beyond words.
For those of you who do not know Tony, he is the truest definition of a hard worker and a selfless person. Tony makes friends everywhere he goes and would give the last dollar to his name to anyone in need. One recent example that comes to mind is during the pandemic. Throughout the pandemic. Tony was one of those who were considered essential and never stopped working for a second. He never complained but instead donated his time and resources to continually provided lunches to the local hospitals, to thank the front line staff for THEIR sacrifices. I’m not sure if this is something that many of us would ever think of doing, but that is just a typical day in the life of Tony Petrilli.
This has been a scary and overwhelming time. I know that Tony, Elizabeth, and their families thank you all for reaching out, sending your prayers, well wishes, and encouraging words. Tony has already voiced how loved and supported he has felt throughout this life changing event.
Thank you all!
