On behalf of the Tony Morelli family, I want to thank everyone for their love, care, memories and well wishes. Tony lived big and loved hard, he will be greatly missed.

Tony was admitted to the ICU in Winchester to be treated for an auto-immune disorder, Hemolytic Anemia. He was not responding to the treatment protocol and plans were made to transfer him to UVA. While waiting, at Valley Health, for a space to open at UVA, Tony’s body could not fight any more and he passed away. His wife, Kim Elsea Morelli, had been a constant presence in his life and in his illness.

Tony leaves a huge shadow, and a legacy of love and kindness. Prayers for his wife, Kim, his son, David, his daughter, Hannah, granddaughter, Emma, his brother, Tommy, his parents, nieces, nephews, friends and family near and far.

A celebration of life will be announced, when the plans are finalized.
