Tony Maines end of life care and services

Hi, my brother Tony Maines is in hospice and getting close to his end. He has been battling strokes for about 2 years and had a major one that has left him unable to eat, drink, walk and talk without help. He had a long history of being down on his luck so he has no Life insurance which leaves his family with the responsibility to care for him. Anything will help and thank you for caring.
