Tony Colton Dialysis Fund

Tony Colton (aka Anthony Chalk) was a well known singer/songwriter/producer in England before he moved to Nashville in 1985.  His band Head Hands and Feet , which included Albert Lee and Chas Hodges, was a smash in the 70's. He has written for and collaborated  with legends like Ray Charles, the Allman Brothers, Celine Dion, Willie Nelson, Rod Stewart, Johnny Cash and Tom Waits, to name a few. 
So many of us have reveled in the gift of Tony's delightful stories about his friends, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, the Allman Bros., etc.  He has generously shared his gifts, whether on stage or playing an out of tune piano in a dusty garage.  All those whose lives he touches are instantly aware of his genuine, soulful and infectious aura. 
Tony is suffering from kidney failure and undergoing dialysis. Costs for home care and transportation to Nashville for dialysis are mounting. He was never one for traditional medicine, and has always kept a very low profile ,but with much urging he has allowed me to accept your support on his behalf.  Please help by giving back to someone who has given us so much.
