Tony Barrett- Chief of GA Club Security

As you know, Tony Barrett, our Chief of Security, lost his beloved father just a few days ago. I know we collectively send our kind thoughts to Tony. His parents spent their lives in Jamaica where Tony grew up. Prior to coming to the US, Tony served in the Jamaican/British military. He is now a naturalized American citizen, and has lived in the US for twenty-five years.  The Georgia Club is lucky to have had him on board for the past eight years.
 
As the eldest of his siblings, it often fell to Tony to deal with problems, especially as they pertained to his parents. This year has been a particularly bad one, as his father’s kidneys were failing. He needed dialysis treatments twice a week, and transport to and from the medical facilities. Tony helped with the medical costs as much as he could, and now there will be travel and funeral costs to worry about as well. If any of you would care to make a contribution to help defray these costs, please consider doing so through the Go Fund Me account that has been established on Tony’s behalf. These funds will help cover the funeral, but will allow Tony to bring has mother back home for a visit as well.
