Hi everyone,

Upon hearing of Tony's recent passing, I'm reaching out to you in an attempt for us all to come together to help Tony's family during this extremely tough time. Tony leaves behind his wife Alexi and 2 sons TJ and Dylan.

As we all know Tony was a beloved husband, father, son, and friend to many people. He was a hard-working CRNA and had a genuine kindness felt by others. Tony will be greatly missed by the lives he touched around him.

It’s often in times of grief and loss that people can come together to help one another make it through.
