Hi, my name is Toni, and I’m currently in hospice care for end-stage liver disease. While I’ve come to terms with the time I have left, what weighs heaviest on my heart is knowing I won’t be here to continue guiding and supporting my three beautiful children.

I don’t have a long legacy to leave them—no inheritance, no trust fund. But I do have love. An endless, unconditional love that I hope they carry with them long after I’m gone.

This fundraiser is for them. Every dollar donated will go directly to my children to help them build the future I won’t be here to see. My daughter dreams of earning her master’s degree. My sons want to build a nest egg so they can create the stability we’ve always wished for.
