Help My Dad With His Health Insurance Deductible

Donation protected
Early in November my dad had a routine doctor visit just to have his daily medications refilled. While he was already at the doctor he asked to have a spot on his neck checked. On November 11 he was sent in for an MRI. The results came back on his 59th birthday that he has cancer. He had another MRI and CT Scan on November 14. One week later we got the news that he has stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to his brain. Doctors are confident that one strong dose of radiation to his brain, which he had on December 3, is going to kill the brain cancer. He has an appointment December 18 to find out if he is a good candidate for immunotherapy and/or chemotherapy for his lung cancer. Here’s where my dad needs help. If you know my dad personally, he never asks for help. He doesn’t want a charity. But his insurance deductible is $5000. He has not met his deductible for 2019 so he’s paying out of pocket for everything right now. Being that it’s already December his deductible starts back over at $5000 next month My brother, Tommy, and I have decided to try to help him meet his deductible quickly so he doesn’t have to worry about working a full time job and beating cancer at the same time If you can donate, even pennies add up, we would appreciate it so much! Even if you can’t donate, sharing this would be just as appreciated
