Hello my name is Will,

 

My best mate Tom suffered a life-changing C5 spinal compression injury in a swimming pool, the summer of 2020, resulting in the loss of movement in his arms and legs. He was only 19 at the time.

 

Because Tom’s accident resulted in an ‘incomplete’ spinal cord injury, we are trying to raise as much money as possible, to give him the best chance of recovering his mobility and regaining his independence.

 

The aim is to provide enough money to tom's family in order to get the most advance and up to date technology needed to make improvements to his situation. (Robotic hands est $25,000)

 

I will be completing the ''70.3 Iron man Triathlon'' In Galveston Tx, on April the 3rd 2022. This consists of a 1.2 mile swim, (approximately 80 lengths), a 55 miles cycle and a 13 mile run.
