The last 18 months or so have been particularly tough for many people and that has put a lot under pressure, meaning mental health has been to the fore. I wanted to do something to help, so decided to put my own challenges to good use!

Therefore, I will be taking part in the London Marathon 2021 and every penny raised will be going to Mind North Staffs! A charity that not only helps people going through tough times, but by choosing a regional charity helps people in our area. I had intended taking on the Stafford Half Marathon as well, but injury has meant a reduced challenge and I will still take on London, injured or not!
