Tom's humbling help-me moment

I've never thought I'd need a GoFundMe page. I guess no one ever does, right?

I'm having heart/blood pressure issues that medical experts can't seem to pinpoint a cause or cure as of yet. I've been on medical leave at work for nearly two months now and it's uncertain when I'll be able to return on a regular basis. As a not-too-greatly-paid Cast Member at Disney World, I was already struggling a bit financially. Now I'm literally down to almost nothing.

Your fundage will help with hospital bills, my meds, and my behind-bills. You'll be helping me from losing my apartment, my car, and keep a modest diet on my plate. The sum is for the bills from this month and the previous month, too.

My talents and current skillsets are few, but any donations over $25 will get you a video of me playing your favorite song on the kazoo (out-of-tune, naturally).

I've always been an optimist who believes that we were born with two hands for a reason: one to help ourselves, the other to help our neighbor. We Cast Members know it as "making magic", or "going above and beyond". The real world definition is far simpler: caring about others.

Any little bit helps, but if you can't afford to donate, I simply ask that you please forward this on. Who knows what the tide will bring?
