He put his dreams on hold for his family for years, and now it's time to support his dreams!

Hi, it's Dana! Tom has supported me in my dreams for 10 years, AND supported my mother Pam for over 3 years in the last phase of her life, building her wheelchair ramps, helping move and pack her house multiple times!, helping lift her body into the car, so we could take her out to enjoy the outside world, helping prepare dinners, while I was changing my mom's diapers, and putting up with me being crazy because I was so upset that my mom's mobility and memory were rapidly declining!

On top of that, a year ago his step-father passed away suddenly and Tom went to support his own mother during this time, being there emotionally and physically for her.

He put his dreams on hold during this time, and I want to propel and support his dreams now!

He has been making payments on land in Eloy, Arizona for over 6 years and finally paid it off. He has already paid for surveys and permits to get the land going. But as you might not know, there are multiple fees and permitting that go into land development, even before you start any construction. The water and power still need to be hooked up and grading of the land done (these alone are $5K). He just purchased a travel trailer, as an investment, and movement towards his dreams, a mobile construction office, he can stay in while he is developing his land to build a home.
