Thank you for visiting my dad’s site.  We are all praying for his life right now. Last Thursday my dad collapsed with a clot in the carotid artery, blocking blood flow to the left hemisphere of the brain.  He underwent successful surgery to remove the clot, but a lot of damage had been done.  Swelling of the brain is expected to occur in the days following, which could lead to another surgery.  All of this comes only a few weeks after a major heart attack, which required two operations.  Needless to say, there are a plethora of medical bills stacking up.  Looking at the future, there are only more expenses, as his current state will require 24/7 care.  His family sincerely appreciates any and all efforts to help relieve some of this financial stress.
